Taste：Straw yellow with greenish hues. Releases, strongly, the inviting characteristics of this cultivar: hawthorn, pear, citrus fruits and pineapple. The full and sapid body is perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity and leads to an intriguing and persistent aftertaste.
Food pairings：mixed nuts, Caesar salad, fish, both salt-water and fresh-water (fried fish, mackeral, marinated anchovies),sweet-sour marinated vegetables,grilled white meats, fried rice balls, pasta with pesto.
